Re: [AMBER-Developers] sander to AmberTools

Hello again,

The major moves are done. The sander, addles, amgauss, sebomd, emil,
nmode, and nmr_aux source directories have all been moved from the
$AMBERHOME/src directory to $AMBERHOME/AmberTools/src. The necessary
configure scripts, depend scripts/files, Makefiles, and header include
paths have been updated where necessary such that everything compiles on my
Mac, Linux/Intel, and Linux/GNU machines.

The migration is not fully complete -- the test suites need to be
appropriately updated -- but I am done moving files around. I strongly
encourage everybody to pull the latest commits and merge into any active
branches that you still use. And, of course, please report any problems
you have building and/or testing the current master branch. I tried my
best to make sure I caught everything that could be a problem, but I can't
guarantee I did.

Thanks!
Jason
