Bugzilla (or should I say amber-developers.ambermd.org) needs to be
created as a user in bugzilla in order to be able to cc to it. Ultimately
though if we want to do this it would be cleaner to create a new mailing
list bugzilla-list.ambermd.org and have that be the default cc (if one can
do that) in bugzilla. Let me know if you want to do this and I'll create
the mailing list. Then people can subscribe to that if they want to see
bugzilla traffic.
