Adding a cuda and parallel build for amber11 with patches is the plan but I have to work out the bugs in cruisecontrol first for why things like the cuda parallel build for amber 12 are failing right now since the underlying build itself is good.
Do we have an amber11+patches+AT1.5 btw? Since this is what we should be testing, not the AT1.4 version.
