Thanks to all of you who have sent kind notes about the list of chemists with
high impact factors. But "my" impact factor really reflects work of the
entire Amber community, as you can see by looking at some of the most
highly-cited papers in the 2000-2010 time period:
Amber overview paper in JCC: 982 citations
GAFF force field 903 "
review of MM-PBSA 654 "
force field review with Jay Ponder 438 "
GB papers with Don Bashford & Alexey: 424, 259, 230
GB paper with Vickie Tsui: 227
antechamber paper 179
etc.
So, I need to thank all of you: the ranking really reflects the dedication
and hard work, careful science, and novel insights coming from the entire
Amber developer and user community.
