Hi,

all tests pass on
  opensuse 11.2 (x86_64) with
  intel 11.0.074 (with MKL) and
  gcc 4.4.1

I made changes to the sqm manual. I removed typos and all references to
GB or PME since this is not supported in sqm. This should be updated in
the at3 branch. Thanks.
