Hi everyone,
I am probably missing something really simple: when I tried
new ./configure -mpi gnu I was surprised to find that BINTRAJ
is no longer set (it seems to be set for serial builds only).
Is this intended? Hopefully not, as it does make sander builds
slightly more difficult as one has to (a) configure/compile
netcdf by hands, (b) edit config.h to set BINTRAJ.
