I *thought* I had done:
rm -rf amber11
tar xjvf AmberTools...
cd amber11/src
setenv AMBERHOME...
./configure gnu
make -f Makefile_at
(the usual story)
What I actually did I can't tell. The second time I tried (just now) the
build worked like a charm and testing worked too (just a seemingly false
FAILED in amber11/test/pbsa_frc/dbf_1/polyAT).
Sorry for raising a false alarm.
