amber-developers: 200 Amber10 orders in

Just a note that we have passed 200 orders for Amber10 (and more than 1200
distinct downloads for AmberTools).

FWIW, the time to get the first 200 orders (10 weeks) is almost identical to
that for Amber8 and Amber9. We seem to have a very stable pattern of orders!
