Hi,

I can confirm 1) and 2) but not 3).

For 1), I have a similar solution at bug44 of bugzilla.
For 2), it's definitely something wrong in the configure_at.

I am still able to run amberpdb_first_rna successfully on my Mac OS X
leopard (ia32 g95) and fedora core 4 linux (ia32 ifort).
