amber-developers: minor (?) issues with amber10 (March 19-version)

Dear all,
Some thigs I found while playing around with the current cvs snapshot:
1) Due to a recent NAB-update it is necessary to
copy
${NABHOME}/src/blocksize.h
to
${AMBERHOME}/src/gleap/mortsrc/nablib

2) ${AMBERHOME}/src/Makefile_at
(cd resp && make $(G77) ) should be exchanged by
(cd resp && make install )
...at least I think so.

3) The ${AMBERHOME}/test/ambpdb_first_rna test-case gives me a segfault.
Since this segfault also occurs with an ambpdb-version compiled in 2004,
the input file(s) -either prmtop or inpcrd might be corrupt (?).

I hope this helps,
best regards
Andreas
