Note that all cpptraj development occurs on GitHub:
https://github.com/Amber-MD/cpptraj
It's possible any issues you see in the AmberTools release version of
cpptraj have been fixed in the GitHub repository. If you find any
issues with the GitHub version, it would be ideal if you could make
any fixes into a Pull Request. Thanks!
