Can you explain what you mean by this? One can certainly use the "-j" flag
to make, but you must be thinking of something else.
And, when you say "I sometimes see this", do you mean you sometimes see the
exact same problem (where prmtop_dat.F90 won't compile), or do you mean that
you see a similar problem?
