[AMBER-Developers] Small update to nab.c for one more buffer overrun.

Hi!

There is a potential buffer overrun when copying FLIBS into words since
FLIBS may be larger than 1024 chars.

This fix applies cleanly to master.

I have a corresponding fix for AmberTools17 if needed, which also fixes
a similar problem with fields in split. There may be more than 256
fields :-)
