OK: this is new. Hai has reported that the new cpptraj code doesn't
*compile* with clang: https://github.com/Amber-MD/cpptraj/issues/594.
But I don't see any problems on my Mac at the configure stage, for
either cpptraj or fftw3.
Can you post the two log files mentioned above, plus say what arguments
you gave to configure? Also, are you working with RC3 or with something
else?
