Above is not true. The whole point of making libsander LGPL is to allow
non-GPL programs to link to it. (Certain restrictions apply, but the LGPL
license is designed to encourage such connections.)
It's up to Ray to decide whether he wants non-GPL programs to be able to link
to libpbsa (i.e. to incorporate the pbsa functionality into third-party
codes.)
