[AMBER-Developers] Posting test results to the Amber wiki

I have started to make some preliminary entries on the Amber16 testing page:

  http://ambermd.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/Amber16Test

Those of you that wish to might start posting results there, esp. CUDA
results, Portland Group compiler results, etc. Since not everything is
working even for gnu or intel compilers, you might want to wait a while. But
my goal is to get things working as much as possible by the time of the Amber
developers meeting, so that we can discuss any remaining testing issues there.

Pay attention to what is in the log files, looking for tests that failed or
were skipped without producing a "Program error" message (that would get
flagged in the summary). Also, be on the lookout for tests that are not being
run at all (e.g. they are commented out in the Makefile).

As you can see, I'm trying to keep things simple by not posting details of
the file comparison failures or program errors, but just a summary. But
use your best judgement: if you think details of the error will help, go
ahead and post them. I just don't want to have the size of the wiki page
get so large that it becomes hard to read....

...thx....dac
