Note that the "04" test is not run as a part of the standard test
suite, and I think has not been for a long time. Should it be included?
When you say "21.2" do you mean Feb. 21, 2016? Can you use "git reset" (or
similar) to wind the git repo back to a commit that passes the test? That
would be a big help.
