Hello,
I just upgraded my system from Ubuntu 12 (precise) to Ubuntu 14 (trusty).
When I try to install a clean clone of the Amber14 master branch, it
configures just fine but throws an error during installation of fftw-3.
Amber14 installed perfectly fine before the upgrade, and installs just
fine (after an upgrade to netcdf library) on the other computers in the
lab that are running ubuntu12. I went through and double checked that all
needed packages are installed and up to date after the upgrade to ubuntu14
and everything checks out.
If any more information is needed (system specs, etc.) to help figure this
out let me know and I can send them.
