Hi everyone,
I've added a section to the Amber wiki (
http://ambermd.org/pmwiki) that
keeps track of a list of commits that need to be (eventually) turned
into Amber and AmberTools updates. This should make it easier to
coordinate and organize updates, especially if we start doing more than
just simple bug fixes (since true "updates" should be tested a bit
in-house before deploying). If you make a commit that needs to be
turned into an update at some point, please add it to the list (add it
to "ready for release" if you are sure it is ready... otherwise add it
to "pending").
A few considerations to make updates easier: try to condense the commits
that you know will be added to an update to as few commits as possible
(working in a separate branch and using "git merge --squash" will
compress all changes done by the merge into a single commit).
Thanks!
Jason
