[AMBER-Developers] Tutorials update

Hey Josh,

I just took a look at the new tutorial B1 - In my browser - Safari from
OSX 10.9 it now shows everything as left aligned, as opposed to having the
tables etc centered, figures centered etc. This makes it MUCH harder to
read. Was this intentional?

Also the new custom search script - is this the generic script to just
append site: blah in front of the search or can one specify sub pages etc.
Note, the old one allowed for tracking of what people searched for
(probably why adblock hates it) but it's useful to be able to see what
people are actually searching for. Kind of annoying to lose that
functionality.

Also can we avoid using Red as a color please? - It is the most common
type of colorblindness and for those that have it it is almost impossible
to differentiate from surrounding text. Better to use Italics, bold, font
or some other non-color differentiator. If you want to use colors then
Blue is the safest.

All the best
Ross
