We decided (i.e. I announced) at the developers' meeting the following target
dates for AmberTools 13:
1. Code freeze and creation of the amber13-with-patches branch: Fri. Mar 22
2. Release target date: Mon. April 15.
We plan to announce the first release candidate for testing on Mar. 25.
So, please get your code *and documentation* updates posted this week!
