Hi All,

Just to let you know that the Cruise Control server now runs two sets of
tests.

http://cc.ambermd.org/dashboard/tab/dashboard

The first set simply compile the code with a number of different options
and compilers. If compilation is successful they will show as green.

The second set compile and then run the test cases corresponding to that
compilation option. If either compilation fails or one of the test cases
fail then these will show as red. They will only appear green if the
compilation and all test cases run successfully.

Currently there is at least one test case that fails under all of the
targets. Most of these are rounding differences but some may be more
serious. Please take a look at the failing test cases and if any fall
under your area of responsibility please try to update the tolerances and
or save files such that the test cases pass. This will make monitoring git
commits much easier.

All the best
Ross
