[AMBER-Developers] configure2: minor changes to netcdf configure

Hi all,

I've recently made some changes in the GIT master branch to the way
netcdf is configured during Amber configure. I and others had
encountered issues compiling netcdf on Kraken, which resulted from the
use of compiler wrappers. Since netcdf configure would attempt to
determine compiler types from the compiler names, this would result in
the incorrect defines being set during netcdf configure. I have
corrected this by explicitly passing the correct defines (based on
netcdf docs and internet searches) to netcdf configure based on
compiler type. I have confirmed that this works on kraken for pgi and
intel, and locally for gnu. However, at the moment I don't have easy
access to solaris, open64, or g95. If anyone out there gets a chance,
let me know if the changes break netcdf install for you. Thanks.
