I think this should be a separate bugfix: it's not related to anything
about Amber11 -> Amber12, etc. If we do decide on a massive Amber11 ->
Amber12 bugfix, I certainly want to hold off on that until we are sure that we
have caught everything.
For all developers:
I have temporarily moved Dan's cpptraj/ptraj bugfix out of the way on the
live web-site until we can work out the proper vetting procedure for bugfixes.
Please don't add any more new bugfixes to the amber web git repo until we have
a chance to figure out the general procedure for handling these.
