Here's another bugfix to roll in with the AMBER 12 bugfix you are making.
This mirrors bugfix.22 for AMBER 11.

Fixes issue where certain broken Linux implementations never flush
their
buffers to disk unless a file is closed regardless of how much time
has elapsed. This manifested itself in restart files that would always
appear to be truncated unless the job ran to completion.
