Can you give an example? You can check the format of each paragraph using
the paragraph icon.

Note that the latex gives high priority to having the type spacing look good,
and less than most word processors on having the margins exactly straight.
Things can sometimes be fixed by putting in soft-hyphens. If you have long
words (or url's etc) that can force latex to output paragraphs that appear not
be justified.

I guess we can't say more without having more detail. But I'd encourage
everyone to concentrate on the content first, layout details second.
