Hi Jason,
You noted on git log that the ff11 branch leap is broken. Can you tell me
where is the test directory of leap?
Just made a couple of changes to gleap output formats, dropped in the ff11
branch. These changes are rather cosmetic. Still need to find the cause of
the differences in the bond/angle/dihedral arrays.
Wei, please take a look at the changes I made to gleap. If you don't like
it, please simply revert.
