It work direct with pdf, drag and drop via USB. The pdf looks good, you can zoom in and have about a 1/4 page which can be read at once,
easy for the eyes.

Based on the pdf you can convert:
You send it to some email address your kindle has assigned to, with the subject convert. Because it is to expensive/big to deliver via
3G you get an email with the conversion, back. Pics look good, the text can now be read and you can choose size and spacing and so on.
Text search and dictionary works.
The file is called azw it is binary encrypted and it knows my name :) and I am to lazy to try what else ...

The TOC looks bad with the dots, the links for the chapters are lost.

No sell, no drm, everybody can convert on their own. Use paper or whatever other thing that makes you happy.
