Hi everyone:
Thanks to those of you who have been updating the manual. We are in the final
stages, with just tiny tweaks left. Please don't make any changes right now
to the AmberTools manual that are not intended for this release--changes to
AmberTools.lyx posted to the master branch will generally be taken over to the
at15-with-patches branch.

My hope is to finalize everything on Thursday.
