OK, I pushed my changes to MMPBSA to the tree... I had to make 2 very small
modifications to the amber and amber test makefiles to reflect the changes
made to the source and test structures, but other than that the rest of
amber went untouched. If there's anything out of the ordinary (i.e. I
messed something up), please let me know.
