Hi everyone:
In many instances, the test suite serves not only to test the code, but also
provides examples of usage. But these are hard to find as examples,
especially for new users.
As you make your revisions to the Users' Manuals, I encourage you to add
sentences like this:
See $AMBERHOME/AmberTools/test/nab/pbdmp.nab for an example of how
to compute Poisson-Boltzmann energies from NAB.
Note that in the final release, Amber11 tests will be $AMBERHOME/test, whereas
AmberTools tests will be in $AMBERHOME/AmberTools/test.
Of course, at the same time you are updating the Users' Manual, you could also
add README files to the test directories to help explain what is going on
there as well.
