This occurs with a fresh CVS checkout of amber11 (as of yesterday
afternoon). "make -f Makefile_at" succeeds, but subsequent "make" does not.

Compilers: gcc (GCC) 4.3.4 20090804 (release) 1, GNU Fortran (GCC) 4.3.4
20090804 (release) 1
System: CYGWIN_NT-5.1 mojyt 1.7.1(0.218/5/3) 2009-12-07 11:48 i686 Cygwin
CVS Checkout Time: 2010-02-26 13:36
Configure command: ./configure -cygwin -noX11 -nosleap gnu

According to the CVS log mm_pbsa_nabnmode.nab is fairly new (2010-02-25) so
maybe the problem is there? However, I do know that nab has seen a lot of
updates lately. Since I'm not as familiar with nab development I figured I'd
pass this one along.
