I'm cc'ing this to Wei, since I'm not sure he always follows the
amber-developers list. You and he should duke this out, but your proposal
to move boost up sounds very logical.
I'd also like to not have to distribute any parts of boost that we are not
using. Wei: could you check on this as far as sleap is concerned.
[As an aside, since there is no longer a "gleap" (?), could we rename
that directory for the distribution? (Don't do this in CVS, but I can
handle it at the mkrelease step.) And, are there files/directories under
amber11/src/gleap that are no longer needed, or which users don't need to
see?]
