No. You should not try to install AmberTools 1.3 into (or on top of) an
existing Amber10 directory tree. Unpack the new AmberTools into amber11.
That way, if anything doesn't work, you can still use your existing
amber10 files. If you put the amber11/bin directory ahead of amber10/bin
in your PATH, then you will get the newer versions of the tools that have
been updated. Set AMBERHOME to the amber11 location (as the installation
instructions say); programs like sander or pmemd (which are still in their
Amber10 versions) don't use that variable.
