A fair number of smallish changes for the glycam bits didn't make it into the docs.
Can I just do my best to hand-edit the .lyx file? I realize there's a gui, and obviously I'm being stupid about installing qt4 to lyx's liking, because I haven't gotten it to install yet. I'll try installing at home, but no promises.
In the meantime... The syntax in the lyx file looks pretty straightforward. Most changes I need to make are really small. If I mess any formatting up, I suspect it will be obvious. Can I just change by hand?
