Our best suggestion that we've come up with:
Get Amber Useful for Solving Semiempirical Integrals in Atomic and Nuclear
systems *GAUSSIAN*

Although I think that name might be taken, but perhaps the current owner is
willing to share?

Q (star trek reference)
