Just to expand at bit: in order to update Amber documentation, install LyX,
and use that program to update things. For simple updates, there is virtually
no learning curve -- just pretend you are using Word. For formatting, try to
find examples of what you want that are already there, and follow those.

If this is too complicated, just send me plain text, and I'll incorporate it.

Note to all -- from time to time, please work on getting your latest relevant
papers into the amber.bib file, and cited where appropriate in the
documentation.
