OK: I've posted Dan's netcdf/REMD patches to the Amber web site. Please
let me know. It looks like bugfix.7 (for AmberTools) was made against
source that did not have bugfix.6 applied, so patch emits some warnings,
but everything seems to succeed.
Dan: if you have time, you might: download AmberTools1.2; apply bugfixes
1 to 6; then regenerate the bugfix.7 patch. But it's not a big deal.
