amber-developers: total charge of NPRO in all_aminont03.lib is not integer

Hi All,

     I just noticed that in all_aminont03.lib the total charge of
residue "NPRO" is -0.9026
not -1, and it seems to be the only one having this problem. All other
residues' total
charges are integers, including PRO (0) and CPRO (-1).
