Hi,
For Bug 72, the database test passed on my mac machine:

Darwin igoo.local 8.11.1 Darwin Kernel Version 8.11.1: Wed Oct 10 18:23:28 PDT 2007; root:xnu-792.25.20~1/RELEASE_I386 i386 i386

Is this bug caused by different total.prepi.save file in amber11/test/antechamber/database and AmberTools.25jun08.tar.bz2?

Best

Junmei

Done - the only remaining sig diff is
./antechamber/database/total.prepi.dif
284d283
< C7 C6

which is bug 72
