We are getting closer to a release of version 1.0 of AmberTools, which
contains NAB, tleap, sleap, ptraj and antechamber. (This is essentially
"version 6.0" of NAB.)
Please grab this from our server:
scp user.loyd.scripps.edu:/thr/loyd/case/AmberTools.24mar08.tar.bz2
(If you have a chagall account instead of loyd, just substitute chagall for
loyd in the above command.)
Please take a close look at what is there, do test installs, go through
the documentation, and so on. Post problems to
http://bugzilla.ambermd.org,
or send email back to the list.
I'm hoping to get AmberTools out there soon; with the Amber10 release to
follow on after that.
