amber-developers: 400 Amber licenses have been shipped

Hi everyone:

We just passed the 400 license mark. If it matters, we shipped 400 Amber 8
licenses in 32 weeks after its announcement, whereas it has taken 34 weeks to
ship the same number of Amber 9 licenses. (I don't think the difference is
significant: we been about two weeks "behind" the Amber 8 schedule all year.)
