Re: amber-developers: CVS TREE HOSED...!!!

(1) I checked out a fresh copy around ~ 1:00 this afternoon and things
were working:

serial:
==============================================================
cd qmmm2/crambin_2; ./Run.crambin
diffing crambin.out.save with crambin.out
PASSED
==============================================================

parallel:
==============================================================
make[1]: Leaving directory `/archive/kfwong/ONR/amber10/test'
export TESTsander=/archive/kfwong/ONR/amber10/exe/sander.MPI; make
test.sander.QMMM
make[1]: Entering directory `/archive/kfwong/ONR/amber10/test'
cd qmmm2/crambin_2; ./Run.crambin
diffing crambin.out.save with crambin.out
PASSED
==============================================================

(2) Would someone please check the ./configure -lam ifort_ia32. I had
to remove the -DUSE_MPI_IN_PLACE because ifort was complaining that
MPI_IN_PLACE was an undefined type ... is it a general issue with LAM or
is the way I have set up LAM?

thanks.

-Kim
