Hi All,
Has anyone successfully used Intel MKL7.2.1 on an Intel P4 Machine?
I am using ifort v8.1.023 on a 3 GHz P4 HT machine running RedHat 9.0 and
kernel 2.4.26.
If I compile AMBER with mkl 6.1 all is fine but if I use mkl 7.2.1
(intel's
latest) I get a segfault for sander on the first test case.
I have tried both dynamic and static linking and it fails in both cases:
./configure -p4 -static ifort
./configure -p4 ifort
Any ideas?
