Subject: NVIDIA interest in GPU-acceleration for Amber
I'm currently attending an MDAnalysis workshop and was introduced to Janet
Paulsen, a team leader at NVIDIA who is interested in GPU-acceleration
projects for MD engines, including Amber.
Would anyone on the Amber development team be interested in meeting with
Janet to discuss potential programming support from NVIDIA for further
advances in Amber GPU-acceleration?
