Hi All,
I'm trying to create a bugfix for the recently fixed HREMD
functionality in pmemd, but I can't find the check_patches.py script
in either amber24-with-patches or even master. Has the update creation
procedure changed from
https://ambermd.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/BugFixCreationInstructions
(it's been a while since I've posted one). If so, what's the new way
to check/create patches? Thanks.
