Actually, I'm not so sure what the change should be here. Note that
"index.php" is not a directory (nor is pmwiki.php). This looks like URL,
but the final "Main/Amber24" is somehow translated by pmwiki.php to
"/wiki.d/Main.Amber24".
And, pmwiki.php appears to be a special name -- the installation
instructions say that is cannot be moved or renamed.
