Has anyone been able to get RC3 to build? I'm getting a failure on the
'PerlMol' phase:

This is just AmberTools (fresh untar from the candidate) on CentOS 7.9,
cmake 3.18.0, gcc 6.4.0, cuda 11.6.2, mvapich 2.3.7, cmake command:
cmake $AMBER_PREFIX/amber22_src \
-DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=$AMBER_PREFIX/amber22.2023.rc3 \
-DCOMPILER=GNU \
-DMPI=TRUE -DCUDA=TRUE -DINSTALL_TESTS=TRUE \
-DDOWNLOAD_MINICONDA=TRUE
I am building from outside the source directory (which has always worked in
the past).
