[AMBER-Developers] Amber18/AmberTools18 has gone live

I've pushed the new release onto ambermd.org.

Please check out the web page: there were lots of changes, so I've
probably missed something. Let me know of glitches, or just go ahead
and fix them in git.

I'll post an announcement on the amber mailing list once I have a little
more confidence that there are no major problems.

Thanks to everyone for all your hard work in writing code, fixing up the
documentation, and testing the release candidates. The update mechanism
is available for any code/test fixes that didn't make it into the
initial release.

If anyone wants yet another excuse to avoid doing real work, we need to
turn our collective attention to the tutorials, many of which are rather
badly out of date.

...thx...dac
