[AMBER-Developers] new merge

Hello amberites.

Feng Pan from NCSU just did a merge into master of the free energy codes
the group of Prof. Celeste Sagui pioneered.

We tested the codes in a couple of machines, but we would be very
grateful if people can try as many compilers/machines as possible and
get back to us.
